What?

Since Zoomorama's inception in 2006, and through numerous projects iterations, a courageous team of zoom-developers emerged :-), living-up to the herculean challenge of introducing to the web a radically new way of interacting with content while doing so in a fully open-web manner, building on existing standards.

This blog presents their thoughts, rants, teasers, cries, and moments of exultation, both about the Zooming technology they are building (from web-services architecture to xulrunner authoring tools development) and the various pieces of cr^H software (and bs^H specifications :p) they encounter during their journey.

This place is an official Zoomorama website - although it's targeting a rather technical audience with a generous sense of humour and wide enough ideas to embrace diversity, and doesn't aim at being Zoomorama's official PR.

If you want corporate information, you should try the Official Zoomorama Weblog

Conversely, this blog is neither meant for support requests or tech enquirements. The Official Zoomorama Documentation or mailing contact AT zoomorama.com should address these.

Who?

Half of the team has deep roots into the Mozilla community (actually, a good part of the xulfr board is here :-)). The rest comes from various horizons, with a strong emphasis on web related technologies - from OSI to css hacketry.

We usually hang-out on #xulfr (irc.mozilla.org) and #zoomorama (irc.freenode.net).
